This beautiful villa is situated in Knokke-Heist, close to the Belgian coast. Ideal for families or friends, there are 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 guests. This villa has a furnished garden for you to enjoy outdoor living.
The sea and the lake lie 2 km from the villa. The local grocery store is only 600 m if you run out of your essentials. The nearest restaurant is 1 km away. A tennis court is 400 m from the villa whereas the horse riding can be enjoyed only 500 m away from the stay.
Nothing more is required to enjoy a gala time with your loved ones when you have a living room with gas fireplace. A terrace is accessible if you wish to have an outdoor afternoon tea. There are 2 garages available for the guests. A recreation room with double sofa bed, table tennis table and billiards is accessible.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted.

Beautiful house, good reception, fully voorzien.maar bad beds. We slept very badly for 2 nights. For this price you can expect comfortable box spring beds. Certainly when spoken about in a previous revieuw. The suspension in the mattresses makes loud noise with minimal turning or moving. Mattresses collapsed causing you to roll to the other and the mattress had to end up on the floor.

The arrival was fine, friendly welcome. Nice spacious house where the children could enjoy the table tennis and pool table. Beautifully decorated and provided with all conveniences. The surroundings are also nice if you like shopping and beach.

House had a nice garden. (plus point for toddlers and preschoolers) Also handy are the two garages at the back of the garden. House is located on busy traffic road. This is especially annoying in the morning.
For children, the distance between the beach and the house is quite far. There may be two full bathrooms for 5 to 6 people. "Bathroom" on the GLVL is not really a bathroom (shower and sink in the laundry room). We couldn't get the oven "to work".
House is spacious with a spacious playroom in the attic.

If you book with BelVILLA, you do not expect to be in a row house right away, but we could expect that when we booked. But just about 1.50 meters from the bedroom window is a fairly busy road that makes you feel like you're sleeping on a carriageway on the morning, which we did not have on our retina. The house was very spacious and Very complete, but the price of over € 1,400 for a week is too high for this property. The coast was walking distance and the area is still fine. Price quality in this case so not in proportion.

Beautiful house, good reception, fully voorzien.maar bad beds. We slept very badly for 2 nights. For this price you can expect comfortable box spring beds. Certainly when spoken about in a previous revieuw. The suspension in the mattresses makes loud noise with minimal turning or moving. Mattresses collapsed causing you to roll to the other and the mattress had to end up on the floor.

House had a nice garden. (plus point for toddlers and preschoolers) Also handy are the two garages at the back of the garden. House is located on busy traffic road. This is especially annoying in the morning.
For children, the distance between the beach and the house is quite far. There may be two full bathrooms for 5 to 6 people. "Bathroom" on the GLVL is not really a bathroom (shower and sink in the laundry room). We couldn't get the oven "to work".
House is spacious with a spacious playroom in the attic.

If you book with BelVILLA, you do not expect to be in a row house right away, but we could expect that when we booked. We were there over weekend .. Very warm welcome by the landlord. The house is very big, clean and nicely decorated. Excellent accommodation. Provided with many amenities. Nearby you will find supermarkets and the beach is not far away. Nice garden. So we will definitely be back. 😊

We were greeted by the proprietors with a present very friendly. The owner seemed very open, friendly and helpful. The accommodation was very nice. The house is very lovingly decorated. One finds in the house everything before what one needs. Nearby you can find supermarkets and the beach is also not far. You can also go out very well.

Good because the desired temperature was not quite there but the accommodation included all the comforts and useful equipment and appliances. The attached garden and garage are also two very appreciable assets. Perfectly maintained and clean, this accommodation can easily be recommended.

Our stay in the house was very good (despite the bad weather). The house was very neat and tidy, all facilities were plentiful, cozy garden, double garage!, spacious living room and very nicely furnished, very nice bathroom and very pleasant multipurpose room with table tennis / pool table. In short, recommended to every family!! The location was also very good, about 2 km from the dike where you can find all kinds of bars and restaurants.
