The house is refurbished in 2011 to a comfortable holidayhome with all of today's comforts.
Your kitchen has a dishwasher, combi-oven, senseo table fits 5.
Luxurious bathroom with double washbasin, floorheating and two rainshowers.
The living room has a cosy sitting area tv, dvd, blu-ray, 3D and radio cd .
Via an open staircase you reach the first floor, where the owner has created two bedrooms in an ingenious way: you enter into a spacious (open) bedroom with two single beds (that can also be joined together) and a single bed (suitable for an older child). Via this room, you gain access to a second (smaller) bedroom with a beach-style bunk bed.
You have a view on the beach from both bedrooms. And a view of the town of Noordwijk.

Location and surroundings of object
The boulevard of Noordwijk is characterised by apartment complexes. It is a true miracle that – in the midst of these buildings – this cute ‘Vissershuisje' has remained intact. Those who read up on the history of this little pearl may be surprised to discover that it used to function as a food drink shop and even had members of the Royal family and actors among its clientele.
Shops and restaurants can be found within walking distance.
100 meters from the beach shops and town in Noordwijk aan Zee, you couldn't be more central.

Noordwijk’s major attractions are the sea and the beach. If the weather’s not so great for a day or so, you can always stroll round the shops in the lively seaside resort. From Noordwijk you’re within half an hour of Leiden, Amsterdam, Delft and The Hague. Want to take the kids to an amusement park or fun family attraction, Madurodam, Corpus, Linnaeushof and Space Expo are all just around the corner.

Genoten in Noordwijk
Wat een unieke ervaring! We hebben met ons gezin (2 kinderen, 7 en 8 jaar) tijdens de meivakantie in het mooie vissershuisje gezeten. Het huisje ligt 100 m van de kust, dus je wandelt er zo naartoe. Wil je een kopje koffie/wijntje drinken bij het huisje, dan kan je op het bankje bij het huisje lekker in de zon zitten.
Het huisje is prachtig om te zien en van alle gemakken voorzien. De dubbele regendouche was een mooi extraatje en alles was heel erg fris en schoon toen we aankwamen.
Ook de communicatie met Gerrit hebben we als heel prettig en attent ervaren.
Kortom, een echte aanrader!

Die Lage vom Visserhuisje ist perfekt, so wie es in den anderen Bewertungen bereits beschrieben ist.

Traumurlaub
Wir waren nun das vierte Mal in Noordwijk. Dieses Mal im bezauberndem Visserhuisje und es war traumhaft. Außen ein romantisches altes Fischerhaus, innen eine liebevoll renovierte Wohnung mit allem Komfort und das nur wenige Schritte von Strand und Fußgängerzone entfernt. Gerrit der Vermieter hat wirklich alles getan, damit sich seine Gäste hier wohlfühlen können. Vielen Dank, wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. Thomas und Birgit mit Hund Yoda

Super toll
Diese eine Woche war so schön!!!
Angefangen von der herzlichen und liebevollen Begrüßung, über die Ausstattung des Hauses (es ist alles vorhanden) und bis zur Lage.
Als Willkommensgruß standen Blumen und leckerer Käse auf dem Tisch. Auch für den ersten Kaffee oder Tee war gesorgt. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts.
Deutsches TV gibt´s und eine Hifi-Anlage.
Die gemütliche Couch nicht zu vergessen!!
Den Strand erreicht man nach ca. 100m und in die andere Richtung liegt der gut sortierte Supermarkt oder auch die Fußgängerzone.
Und!!! Man kann sein Auto direkt am Huisje parken!!!
Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche und wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Toller Urlaub!
Uns hat am Visserhuisje alles gefallen: die sehr gute Ausstattung, eine liebevolle, geschmackvolle Einrichtung (besonders hervorzuheben: das gemütliche Kinderzimmer, die tolle Dusche, die wunderbar ausgestattete Küche...), die Lage in Strandnähe und bei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Parkplatz sowie die Nähe zu vielen tollen Städten, die wir auch teilweise erkundeten sowie der nette Empfang (ganz leckere, edle Kekse und Blumen!) und Verabschiedung durch Gerrit. Es war unser allererster Urlaub in den Niederlanden und wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!! Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Wunderschön!
Wir sind dieses Jahr das erste Mal in Noordwijk gewesen,die Gegend und auch das wunderschöne kleine Häuschen waren einfach traumhaft.Ich würde es jeden weiter empfehlen grade mit einem Kind oder Kindern super zu empfehlen. :-).Es ist auch alles super ohne Auto zu erreichen und der nächste Einkaufsladen ist gleich um die Ecke.

Immer wieder schön
Wir kennen beide Häuschen und ich könnte mich nicht entscheiden, welches von beiden mir lieber wäre. Meistens muss man sowieso nehmen, was noch frei ist. Dieses Mal waren wir in Nr.15 und es war wie immer top!
Wir schätzen besonders den Parkplatz und die Nähe zu Restaurants und Läden.

sehr gepflegtes Haus in genialer Lage mit sehr engagiertem Vermieter
Unser Urlaub in Nordwijk war klasse. Auch wenn der erste Herbststurm kam-oder vielleicht gerade deswegen? Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Unsere Kinder fanden es sehr lustig, dass 2 Duschen nebeneinander sind. Der Blick von den Schlafzimmern zum Meer ist klasse. Man läuft nur durch die kleine Gasse und ist am Meer. Genauso kurz ist der Gang zum Supermarkt. Dort holten wir jeden Tag frische Brötchen und frisch gepressten Orangensaft. Und auch die Einkaufsstraße von Nordwijk ist in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Wir waren im Korpus, wirklich klasse so durch den Körper zu reisen. Einen Tagesausflug nach Amsterdam haben wir auch gemacht. Sehr gut zu erreichen von Nordwijk. Am Anreisetag standen frische Blumen auf dem Tisch und erinnerten uns, dass wir nicht weit weg von Keukenhof waren. Gerrit, der Vermieter, ist total nett und hat uns schon vorab mit Infos versorgt. Er hat uns auch die Strandcafes empfohlen und gleich am Anreisetag saßen wir in De Zeemeuve und genossen ein Abendessen mit Meerblick in maritimer Atmosphäre.Unsere Tochter fand das Schmuckkästchen im Schlafzimmer sehr schön und alles musste abends dort hinein gelegt werden.

Wir haben zwei tolle und erholsame Wochen in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht.
Alles wunderbar. Die Ausstattung ist luxuriös, in sehr gutem Zustand und entspricht absolut der Beschreibung. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und liebevoll ausgesucht. Unser Vermieter hat uns persönlich empfangen und freundlich umsorgt. Wir hatten jederzeit die Möglichkeit Wünsche zu äußern. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in Noordwijk!

Tolles Haus, super Lage, netter Vermieter!
Das Haus ist wunderschön, extrem sauber, hohe Ausstattung und Stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist einfach toll. Man ist in 2 min. am Strand und in nicht mal 5 min. in der Stadt. Unsere Töchter wollten gar nicht nach Hause. Der Vermieter Gerrit kümmert sich toll um seine Gäste und ist bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Und der Abschied ist uns sehr schwer gefallen. Bis bald Gerrit!

We were searching for a location where beach, restaurants and some shops are close by. Hard to find something different than the family parks...and what we got exceeded our expectations. You feel the difference if somebody just lease an appartment to make money of it or if, like Gerrit, fill it with charme and comfort to make you feel honored. The only thing we missed was a balcony or patio with beach view, haha.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Many different impressions can be found within working distance: silent dunes and beach at sundown or busy promenade and beach with bars and typical tourist feeling.
free time activities: All different kind of activity and cities to visit are easy to reach, but we enjoyed Noordwijk that much that we did not take the car very often.
shopping facilities: Supermarket and pedestrian area can be reached in about 5min. But as promissed by Gerrit, we did not cook as the restaurants are close by, affordable and really good. And as usual for women: we also spent time and money for shoes and clothes which is easily possible there.

Komfortabel, mit viel Luxus
Wir haben das Haus vom 4.-18. Mai 2012 bewohnt und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Sehr zentral, mit eigenem Parkplatz, wunderschön renoviert, wirklich super.Für gehbehinderte ist es leider nicht sehr geeignet, da eine holländisch-steile Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern führt.

free time activities: Space Expo und Keukenhof sind mit dem PKW sehr schnell zu erreichen.
shopping facilities: Top! Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der nahe Supermarkt bietet alles was der Urlauber zur Selbstversorgung benötigt. Der Ort verfügt auch über eine schöne Fußgängerzone mit kleineren Geschäften.

Vissershuisje 1975, ankommen und wohlfühlen
Wir waren ein verlängertes Wochenende mit 2 Kindern und 2 Erwachsenen im Vissershuisje. Schon ab der Buchung kümmerte sich der Vermieter herzlich um uns. Als wir ankamen, fanden wir ein top-gereinigtes Ferienhaus in zentraler Lage vor. Das renovierte Badezimmer ist ein Traum, in der Küche hat man alles, was das Herz begehrt, sogar ein kleines Eisfach ist vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen, wir konnten zu Fuß zu Strand gehen (Strandliegen waren ebenfalls in einer kleinen Hütte am Haus vorhanden, durften genutzt werden). Die Fußgängerzone und einen Supermarkt kann man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Lediglich nachts war es teilweise sehr laut (Samstags) von der Hauptstraße und vom Boulevard her. Es gibt ein deutsches Fernsehprogramm, Internet ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt und werden sicher noch einmal wiederkommen. Danke, Gerrit!
